Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license required (minimum 1 year old)
- Minimum age: 21 years
- International customers need a valid International Driving Permit
- Original ID proof required at the time of pickup
Security Deposit
- Refundable security deposit required at the time of pickup
- Economy cars: ₹5,000
- SUVs: ₹10,000
- Luxury cars: ₹20,000
- Deposit refunded within 5-7 business days after vehicle return, subject to condition check
Fuel Policy
- Vehicles provided with full tank
- Return with full tank or pay for refueling plus service charge
- Fuel receipts may be required at the time of return
Mileage Limits
- Standard package: 200 km per day
- Additional kilometers charged at ₹10-15 per km depending on vehicle category
- Unlimited mileage packages available at additional cost
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- No-show: Full charge

What documents do I need to rent a self-drive car?
You'll need a valid driver's license (minimum 1 year old), a government-issued ID proof, and a credit card for the security deposit. International customers will also need a valid International Driving Permit.
Is there a mileage limit for self-drive rentals?
Yes, our standard package includes 200 km per day. Additional kilometers are charged at ₹10-15 per km depending on the vehicle category. We also offer unlimited mileage packages at an additional cost.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns are charged at an hourly rate of 20% of the daily rental price. If you're running late, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.
Can I take the rental car to another city?
Yes, our self-drive cars can be driven across cities within the same state. For interstate travel, you'll need to inform us in advance and may require additional permissions. Some restrictions apply for certain regions.
What should I do in case of a breakdown or accident?
In case of a breakdown or accident, immediately contact our 24/7 roadside assistance number provided in your rental agreement. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself. For accidents, also file a police report and inform us immediately.
